REFUND POLICY
We accept refunds under the following circumstances:
- – The product is returned and is still sealed and in the original packaging it came in.
- – The product has not been used or worn and still has latex protective film attached.
- – The product has a genuine fault or defect upon arrival.
- – The product is lost in the postal service and proof is provided (e.g. no confirmation of signed delivery, no tracking information etc..)
- – The product has not been personalized.
RETURNS POLICY
Terms & conditions of returns:
- – The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase – we will not accept returns later than 30 days.
- – Products must be returned in original condition & packaging with protective latex film still attached to the gloves.
Unfortunately, we will not refund:
- – Shipping costs
- — Gloves with Name & Number personalisation.
- – Contact latex gloves with protective latex film removed
- – Products that are returned after 30 days since purchase.
- – Gloves with wear or deterioration that is deemed fair use – latex is a natural material that can and will experience wear from the very first use, the level of wear will vary per keeper depending on their age, technique, playing surface and much more.
- – Gloves with wear or deterioration caused by not preparing and caring for them in line with the glove care instructions on the packaging. (ie. Tight fitting gloves not being put on gently or with care.
